CAVEAT

There is no published, peer-reviewed, controlled field trial of the QarboGrow product by an independent party, anywhere. The peer-reviewed literature validates the mechanism — carbon quantum dots, at named ppm, in hydroponics and glasshouses. It is not a trial of this product and we do not present it as one.

CAVEAT · WHY YOU WILL SEE A SMALLER NUMBER HERE THAN ELSEWHERE

Our own surfaces have carried "up to 60%". That figure is the peak of a range with the range discarded, and it is 5.19× our own measured average. It is being withdrawn. Where you find it still live, it is out of date and this document is the correction.

Klausa 1.2 — Ujian cili / The chilli trial

In our chilli trial, measured on a LI-COR LI-6800: CO₂ assimilation +21%, stomatal conductance +33.9%, intrinsic water-use efficiency +14.7% against a named control plot (Braintree Technologies, Selangor, Jul 2024 – Mar 2026). The farm also ran JADAM practices concurrently; the study does not isolate the two. MEASURED

Pineapple runs crassulacean acid metabolism. More than 70% of its daily CO₂ fixation happens at night, behind closed stomata, which is when a daytime mechanism cannot act. Whether our mechanism applies to CAM at all is unresolved, and the burden of proof is ours. One question is open with Universiti Putra Malaysia. Until it is answered we publish the measurement and we do not build a pineapple claim on it.

Glaia Ltd, a University of Bristol spin-out, has sold a commercial carbon-dot foliar since 2024 and publishes "9% average across 30+ independent trials." Theirs is the smaller number and the better proof, because theirs are independent and ours are ours. That is the gap this clause exists to close. MEASURED

RM320/ha is the price of the product. RM1.622 million is the total project allocation — everything, not product. They measure different things and we will not print them in one sentence without saying so.

We do not multiply RM320 by 2,000 and call it a contract value. We do not divide RM1.622 million by 2,000 and call it a product price. And we do not add the 1,319 Penang farmers to the roughly 1,200 reported across three states — those two figures are not additive, and anyone who sums them will be corrected in public.

Klausa 3.2 — Bukan parit pertahanan / Not a moat

Penang is an audition we won in one state. A state government has said on the record that it gives an opportunity to mana-mana syarikat — any company. There is a four-state competing paddy programme in the field. Our position is that we must out-evidence a better-resourced incumbent, state by state, and that is why this site is built the way it is.
